About The Build
The Build is an online course platform operated by Now I Know LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from The Build at build.thecommsstack.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Accounts and access
Access to paid courses is granted to the individual who purchased it. You may not share your login credentials, magic links, or course content with anyone else. Each account is for a single user only.
Payments
The Build offers the following purchase options:
- Individual course — $150 one-time payment, lifetime access to that course
- Enterprise — custom pricing for teams, contact dan@thecommsstack.com
All purchases are one-time. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Now I Know LLC to charge the payment method you provide.
No refunds
All sales are final. Because The Build delivers digital content that is immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits. If you have a question about a purchase before buying, email dan@thecommsstack.com.
Acceptable use
You may use The Build for personal, non-commercial learning only. You may not:
- Share, resell, or redistribute course content in any form
- Share your account credentials or magic links with others
- Use course materials to create competing products or services
- Attempt to access parts of the platform you have not paid for
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.
Intellectual property
All course content, materials, code examples, and written content on The Build are owned by Now I Know LLC and protected by copyright. Nothing on this platform grants you a license to reproduce or distribute our content beyond your own personal use.
No guarantee of outcomes
The Build teaches skills and techniques for building AI-powered communications tools. We do not guarantee any specific results, outcomes, career advancement, or income from completing our courses. Results depend on your effort, experience, and circumstances.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Now I Know LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of The Build, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify active members by email of significant changes. Continued use of The Build after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
